Hi all, just wondering if anyone has heared of or used this company?

I ordered a dump pipe from them just before xmas. They sent an email saying that they were currently out of stock but should be getting some in soon.
It's been nearly 2 weeks now and nothing has shown up. I have left messages on their answer machine but nothing............

Starting to think I have been had.

They are probably just on holidays mate, wouldn't worry too much. Alot of places don't open back up until the 15th

id be wary of any company only providing a mobile as a contact generally.

Did u pay by CC ? have you been charged for it already ?

If so dispute it with the CC company they should give you your dosh back and then its upto them to chase up the shop.

Have you already paid for it, the website looks alright but you can never tell, give Consumer Protection a call and check if it's on their list of scams.

Yes I paid paid by credit card and the payment has come out

Call the CC company , explain the situation to them, that they have charged you for it, you have not recieved any goods and you have tried to contact them unsuccesfully on numerous occasions etc etc.

They should refund you for the amount you paid.

Cheers, will leave it a day or so, if nothing shows will ring the CC company.
