yeah coz they are dangerous goods can only ship them here so it takes a month and we have to sell some of the stocks first in here for the 4L pack but pricing wise 4L tin is pretty much the same price as you buy 10 400ml cans and pour them into a tin.

Picked up 5 cans of black today..
Planning on doing wheels and a few other bits on Saturday, so will post pics & info when done..

Given there is no instructions on cans, other than the million Youtube videos, do you have any tips / tricks from your testing with your product??

Cheers

same as plasti dip, they just took a little bit longer to dry between each coats.

you pay half of what they are selling for and get 75ml more our of their 325ml cans..

yeah pics and write-ups will be appreciated will give away a free can for each member who post their job done with our products.

So had a bit of a crack at this today..

Started with the wheels & the scoop, but got bored between coats, so tried a windscreen banner, vents & the wing mirrors..

Application is easy enough, & coverage is pretty good. I'm not 100% sold on the windscreen yet, need to apply another coat or 2 i think, so it looks better on the inside and thickness is even. Make sure area is dry & clean, apply 4-5 coats.. Trick is to make sure your looking and spraying from all angles..

Not too sure how the wheels are going to hold up to the heat of a dedicated track car, time will tell. I sprayed heavy around the centre and also the edges.. They still need probably 1 more coat, but I've run out..

Overspray isn't an issue, only learning would be to be "generous" with the overspray.. Makes it easier to peel off in one go.... ;-)

I did have 1 can shit itself with no aerosol, but hoping the guys fix that up with a new 1 for me..

Anyway, here's some pics..

Cheers

I did a windscreen banner on my rally car, took 2 laps of collie before it flew off in one large plastic sheet lol, works great and sticks to everything but it didn't really like sticking to glass at over 170 kph in damp conditions

Fun stuff though!

This is no reflection on the stuff as i really like it!

IMO its best practice to buy in larger 'per container', quantities when looking to cover larger areas. This way you can minimise the possibility of color variation.

Plasti dipped my rims today with the Iconik matt black, went pretty well fairly easy once you get the hang of it.

Each rim ended up with 6ish coats 1 can per rim, however I did the first two coats very thin.

More pics in my album plus actually on the car http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/your-dri...zees-ride.html
