Hey guys
ok about a month a go someone crashed into me, dented the two doors andgave me a big scratch down the drivers side, so anyways i drop the car off to the repairs. They guy tells me its going to take about 2 weeks for the car to get repaired, which i said fair enough to, i was meant to pick up the car today when i get a phone call saying that the cleaner has crashed my car and now its going to take longer to fix.

I've already contacted the insurance company and all they've offered is rental car, can i get anything else or am i screwed?

the thing is i'm 19 and no rental car is going to give a me a rental car, without a credit card

whats they told me was to go get and rent a car and then fax the invoice over to them, and they will send me a cheque

who was the repairer? and why is a cleaner drive the car in the first place

maybe your insurance mob can give you a letter or something to give to the rental car mob

or

find the cleaner, beat his head in and tell him the stay the f*** away from your car and make him pay for your rental car

tell the insurance company as they no dout already know that your 19 you dont have a credit card, and tell them to get you a rental car organised because thats what you pay them for!

i didnt make a claim with my insurance so its harder to get them to do things for me, but i'll try that tomorrow

It doesn't have alot to do with your insurance company. I would be contacting the smash repairer, and saying you require a loan car/hire car until it's repaired!
