Default My Re-introduction

This is sorta a new car. So re-introductions are in order.

Clickage! <-- Background for you all that dont remember.

Ok, now the rest of the story. Had my car on the road for about 4 days, driving sensibly for some of it. Came off Kwinnana Freeway and noticed the lights were out. Looked down and the car infront of me was stopped and i rear ended it.

The damage:

Roughly 4 months later. It's back on the road!

I changed the top mount to a Monsta front mount. Got my Strut Brace on. Got a BOV. Changed the Brake pads from "greens" to just normal. (i find them so much more easier. The greens scared the f*** out of me when they were cold) And finally got my Pod Filter on.

The longest part of the re-fixing of my car was the body work. I got a shell of a front cut off a friend, had a spare front bumper and bought a new driver side guard. The bumper still needs to be painted, but i also modified it to fit the front mount. The front lip was all bent up so repaired that a bit. The actuall body of the car was the hardest to fix. Me and my dad cut the front of the car off basically from the sprint towers. and re-stitched the new front on. took only one weekend. but it was a full weekend. :P

I'll Post some more pics later with better quality shots, but here is what i got today.

Just one question. Where should iput the number plate? (I'm gonna get new ones, but where can i put these for now? I dont think the dash will work for long)

So, still got a bit more ironing out to do. Couple more weeks and hopefully i can get it through the pits then insured.

Thanks for reading my journey and i hope to see you all around!

Good work,
you must have been devastated smashing it up after putting a fair bit of work into it first time round.

Im not certain where you get them but i have seen number plates for the front made as a slimline decal. Might be worth looking into...

put the plate where its supposed to go! Good that she's back on the road, you must be pretty relieved.
