My name is Marc, I'm hoping to get info on shops in the area snd if there are any Subaru meets happening in the first week or so of July.

I'm visiting for a few days and would definitely love to see how the West coast of Australia rolls.

About me. 35, American and living in Japan.

I used to own a USDM 2002 WRX wagon that was nicely set up and able to hold it's own against the US STi. I was lacking a little torque, but would piss them off since they couldn't lose my wagon.

Now, being back in Japan I am driving a 98 GF8 STi. Right now she is pretty stock, but have a full reace exhaust and ohlins coilovers waiting to go it. Unfortunately my job (Navy) keeps me away from home so often the parts will have to wait til fall to go on. Will ge going with a power FC and some light tuning.

Car was an awesome find for $5000 (US) and only 16,000 kilometers on it.
