I'm pretty happy with it Brendon. As Scary mentioned it's very deceiving as there isn't much "turbo rush" to it. Very smooth delivery all the way to red line. Unlike the 5 scroll VF which came on like a switch and then died.
I do wish that it came on a little earlier in the rev range but I certainly wouldn't say it's laggy. As the rev range is now usable all the way to red line there's no need to short shift. It just pulls, change and your still in maximum boost to do it all again. The torque is now easily enough to start turning tyres. It gave me a little scare yesterday coming out of a traffic circle. It's only pushing 16psi on the dyno graph but I was advised it saw boost peaks at 17.5. I've also seen 18.4 from the data scan on the drive home. So essentially, it is probably making more HP/torque than the dyno graph suggests. It's also obvious that the ECU learning is coming into play. So the barge has become substantially faster and I'm now certain that the Brembos are needed. Whilst its not the biggest of numbers having 240/372 is a massive increase on what started way back before it was initially tuned as 130/240 with massive holes between 3500 to 4750 rpm. I am contemplating looking at a mid pipe change to get peak torque down from 3800 to 3000 as Scary's achieved but that being said it's achieving 320Nm at 3000 which is just 20nm below the peak torque of the previous/turbo tune. All in all - the BBK with billet wheels is a leap ahead of the VF turbos and creates an incredibly smooth power delivery. Now all I have to do is get engine cover fit back over and hide all those racer logos.

ha ha more boost = KABOOM!!!
Having said that mine is running the least amount of boost possible, with the WG fully open it won't do less than 17psi. I do wonder how long it would last with 24psi though
