Hi to all REX lovers~!
I've been looking around for a motor to replace my screwed up one.
I've got a GC8 2000 WRX looking to replace it with a JDM 2000 version 5 sti motor. or 22b if someone can point me in the right direction.
Anything i should know when doing something like this? feel free to suggest your ideas on what else i could do. (Not gonna sell love my car)
where would be a good place to buy? looking at importing a motor figured it would be cheaper.
Also getting the motor installed?

I'd definitely look at replacing the current 205 with the 22b motor. They're dime a dozen these days, give your local wreckers a call, they should have one or too lying around.

Have you had a look on ebay? Theres been a few v5/6 sti motors on there lately with low kms for around 3 grand.
Importing probably isnt the way to go, theres alot of fees!
For getting the motor installed theres plenty of options, just have a look in the workshops section.
