New to the wrx scene.
Hey guys.
New to the Subaru scene, coming from VLs its like another world. Just bought an 02 STI with a few mods off a member on here, just thought I would say hello. Also looking for advice on some new coilovers and an ecu upgrade. so if you got any advice, send it my way  See you on a cruise soon. Cheers.

Welcome mate.
Who's car did ya buy? What mods has it got? And does it already have an aftermarket ecu/tune to compensate? For less than $1400 you can get a brand new set of HSD coilovers. PM BALISTC (Joe), He'l sort you out.

That car is Verso'd isn't it? You planning on going to Autronic or MoTeC?
I was thinking he may have bought Salaha's blue 02 sti.. Col-b would have bumped his car as being sold by now.. Either way, welcome to Perth-WRX bud

Yeh, its Thodd's old STI.
Haven't got many pictures yet, needs a good wash. Impresiv - Yeh, it's Verso'd, not sure what to get, if I do get an upgrade, going to do some reading. Priority is fixing the coilovers, getting a few dents/scratches fix'd, and making a trip to get all new fluids for the 90thou service.

Welcome mate, may as well do the timing belt if you're going for an added security service 'get it out of the way now'.
Good to see another new member used their brains and bought a bug

My advise would be to leave the performance the way it is... its is/was an awesome car and had heaps of go.
Put coilovers in it and take the handling to the next level!
