TBE will make more power but not as much without a tune.
Exactly my situation....car needs a tune BADLY..and is burning petrol like its 50c a litre :/.....fun filled....lol

cheers for the advice agen. Very helpful stuff. if i had a fair bit of money i would fork out for a tune and TBE(someday i will) but i dont have a "fair bit of money" haha.. so for now the cat back will do..

ill get bak to u soon about that s.s and titanium muffler system. JDM_STYLE soon. never attempted to fit an exhaust b4 i assume its straight forward?

Cos i bet the first or second thing u lads done to all ur rex's is probably the exhaust ye? haha.

No worries mate, cat back is very easy once you can get the car up enough to work all the way underneath.

welcome nathan, nice clean wrx

get the cat-back exhaust system off Wayne (titanium muffler is yummy and you'll be hard pressed to find one for cheaper).

and then as you say, get it tuned when funds allow and giggle!!!

enjoy the car and the forums
