Default GC8 Targa Project

Hi guys, my names Ben, new poster on these forums. I've been a member for years under different names but haven't really posted because all the info I need has been posted time and time again (thankyou search button.)

I brought a MY00 WRX about a month ago in the hopes to turn it in to something I can use in Targa West next year. It gives me plenty of time to work on the car and have it set up the way I like.
I'm FIFO so I dont get to spend as much time with the car as I like but have enough time off when i'm home to get the things done that need doing. So far its just been maintenance, STechnic did a service straight away and found a small hand ful of things that need doing. Clutch is coming out early next month and having all the little things fixed while its in there.
Its been pretty exciting looking in to rules and regulations, also a bit confusing too! Not as simple as I thought but should be a good experience, if not an expensive one!

Welcome!

If it is going to be a tarmac car, I'd get your cage installed now as the rules change at the end of the year.

I drive those 170t Quad side tipper road trains. We had another roll over on saturday and have all been stood down. I have a back up in perth that pays about 1/3rd of what im making now.. There are nearly no advertised mining jobs at the moment
