For those of us who aren't in the know....

Whats the prognosis of those bearings? Good, bad, or expected (considering the life the engine has had)?

On the way out Matt

Jacob was advised to do disassembly and check the rotating parts
He found the bearings worn and cylinder heads cracked as we as the valve inserts

Smart move to check the motor at this point of time

Yea as above it was a precautionary tear down due to run time on the motor,

Bearings had wear as expected with the power and abuse its had,

The spark plug holes had the usual cracking thag all gd heads have, the unknown was the exhaust inserts had cracks too. Those heads had been bored out , machined , ported , repaired from a valve drop 5 or so times so not totally a shock, was just good time before a major failure

Mint night out at rally sprint soo good to be out again, lost all boost 2/3rds of the way thru the last lap turns out i forgot to tighten the clamp off the turbo at all ... derpp. .
Was a blast either way, car will go on the dyno and turn it back up again now it has some more run time
Still placed 34/95 odd cars and the motor never saw more then 14psi ������
