hey guys just got myself a 1999 wrx its got bigger turbo dont know how much bigger. haltech e8 ecu,injectors fuel pump and front mount with three inch xforce system. now i dono much about the cars history and im struggling to find someone to have a look at the haltech do i just have to rip it out and put in a power fc? what do u guys think?

Go see a reputable shop to give it a good going over.

They will be able to tell quite quickly what the car has/doesn't have - after all, they deal with these every day!

turbos a vf34 fuel pumps a 550hp pump and 550 size injectors boost is set at 18psi previous owner hasnt got dyno printouts and doesnt know hp claims raced mated 300hp calais and they were pretty much even so giving the weight difference id say is low 200at wheels with these modds what would you ecpect?

I have an E8 as well, i got Aaron at Intune Performance to tune it but you can also get Sean at Allstar as well.
