yea too loud n they said that tha car is low.so thats why i put my stock exhaust back n went to the pits but the pits said that i have to comply my blow off,headlights,slipping clutch,and the tacho

Take it to a workshop, with the inspection report, get them to sort out the outstanding problems. Then take it back over the pits. Sorted.
