I'd expect those sort of gains (maybe a little more) with extensive head work 272 cams, porting etc etc
Maybe the v3 ra has more duration?? The v5-6 sti's have 9.1mm lift factory.......i also got stuck on 240kw with a td06 and wouldnt go further until i put the gt30 on and now the car wont go much over 260kw until i fit cams on, Also have you taken your car down the strip?? Maybe compare our trap speeds and see the difference which i believe is the true indication of how much power a car has.

yes, ran 12.6 but i had leaky headers...trap speed was 180ishkm/h. I had bad luck at the drags, first time i went had a leak, 2nd time got rained out after the second pass (12.6) and was set to go to a 3rd and turbo/wastegate = no good and then bottom end went few months later.

what TD-06 was it? I'm petty sure they're rated to a lot more than 240kw, hence why i don't understand the gains you made by swapping turbo

It was a td06 20g not the td06h 20g, as far as i know the td06H has a bigger turbine side compared to the td06......maybe yours is the H variant?? When i got to the dyno with the 20g my tuner told me ahh wont go more then max 230kw, he was a bit surprised when it hit 240kw at 25psi also the power im making with the gt3082r (which is the largest gt30 by the way) is at 25psi which is a low figure for this turbo.....normally at 25psi it should be over 300wkw but hasnt happened in my case due to heads.....we tried pushing more boost into it but it only gained 3wkw for like 1.5 psi. I dont know why you havent been able to make more then 230wkw if you have the big td06 also my trap speed is almost 200km/h and trust me i wasnt going as hard as i could have or else the trap speed would have been over 200km/h......i was trapping around 185-190km/h with 230wkw so i guess roughly around 8-10 more kms extra trap speed with 30 more kw?? It would be pretty freaky to hit 200km/h trap speeds with only 230-240wkw......
