(sitting here with all the books from TAFE and realising NONE of them actually mention PSI at all... in any way what so ever!) where i came up with that, i have no idea then haha.

Haha, that and he's not running a stock turbo. This lets him push a tad bit more air into his block.

He has bigger injectors, a better inter cooler and no doubt a fantastic tune by the guys at ASG that complements the above mentioned mods.

This is how he has so much boost.

Don't attempt 22psi with your TD04. It's bad and makes baby Jesus cry.
