Default First intro, First problem haha

Hello All,

After puchasing my 1996 WRX sedan a couple weeks back, I have run into my first problem. Fuel pump, yes another fuel pump problem haha. have taken off the hose to the fuel filter and nothing. this happened a couple days after I brought it but it seemed to fix itself after playing around with the plugs ( under the rear seat). when turning the ignition on I can hear the relays switching, although have been unable to locate the fuse for this circuit? I am waiting on flatmate to bring my tools home today so i can test voltage at the pump. any suggestions on what this may be will be greatly appreciated.

Where are the good performance part dealers around the osborne park area ? being new to perth doesnt help my situation.

thanks in advance
