Default Sleeping rex time to make some noise

Hey guys. I'm new to Perth, well 12 months in now.A big hello from me. I've owned this 06 STI for about a year and driven about 8k for in it, so it sits there all alone most of the time. I've decided to give it some attention and replaced the struts with coil overs. Drives so much better now. Next will be turbo back exhaust, BOV, wheels and tyres. Thinking 18x9.5 + 38? Anyone running this size?
Anyway, I'm keen on meeting as club members and getting some k's in.
Peace.

Thanks mate, a few people telling me not to go bigger than 235's. So you've got good clearance and decent rubber. Cool

Default Work wheels S13P's

Thanks, yeah I've been looking around and these are about 1k more than I wanted to spend. I can't keep my eye's off these...lol. I've got to find out if the right size and offset is available for one.
Here's a late wrx with Work wheels.

Pic of bare wheels. This is the colour I like as well. Too dark to go with a blck car?

I was going for these Work CR Kiwami's prior to seeing the 5 spokes.

Either or will look awesome, the only thing with the 5 spokes is with GD friendly offset you might not have as much dish as you'd like.

I would think 245 will be no problem after u have tbe and tune. Dont strech fit ur tyres if u can.

Ps: streettotrack.com is quite cheap though. When I wss interested in enkei rdm9. They gave me the cheapest quote unless u want tyres and rims package from tirerack.

Thanks for the tip. Yeah 245 would be nice. But I'm planning on FMI,FP and oil cooler upgrades too. Nothing too wild just bolt on's.

Fuck the front mount, no point unless you're chasing BIG horsepower. TMIC will suffice for bolt on upgrades. All you will gain is lag.
SPOOLED and s20525xxx like this.
