Here's a small comparison for you.
I get ~430nm torque at 3800rpm which as you'll see is the same time as the turbo has kicked in. Then I have a dip and rise again after that, which I am told is something the EJ25s are prone to but I could be wrong. Looking at your sheet however and you're only making 260nm at the same rev range? Again I'm not the most knowledgeable person here so I've been holding my tongue, but it seems as though every EvoR tune I see comes with disappointingly laggy results. Don't want to take the wind out of your sails either, I'd be stoked with 360hp, but the response looks like it leaves a lot to be desired. Dyno sheet attached for reference. Same turbo, pump, and injectors as you. I am on E85 however.

These are the figures i was seeing in my research, hence the suspicion with a possible turbo mixup. Also, I got a call from Mao mid tune explaining that he was trying to reduce the lag as much as possible but wasn't having much luck with pre 4500 rpm which was a bit of a disappointment.
