Default First WRX!!!

Hi. I'm a newbie to this forum and have just recently bought my first wrx. I picked up a 2003 black sedan with a new sti bottom end. Only mod to it is aftermarket dump pipe, 3 inch system and I've added a k&n. I have a few things in mind that I'm in the process of doing. Lowering her 40mm and was going to go a set of 18"s but everything I like only comes in 20" but undecided and still looking. Going to get the windows re tinted and the paint rejuvenated. I've ordered a walboro 255l and once I've fitted that it's going in for a Dyno tune. Later on I might upgrade the turbo, intercooler, gearbox and injectors. Anyhow I'm looking forward to learning more about the wrx.

You've bought the wrong car if you want 20" rims

Still looking for a rim I like. Most likely go 19's ATM. I've installed the fuel pump. Was an easy straight forward job. Took a few photos. New window tint is being done on Tuesday. Will call up and book the car in for a Dyno tune tomorrow. Hopefully will find a mag I like and get it lowered at the same time this week. I've also booked in with the dent dr to remove about 8 little dents for $600 cash. Then get the paint rejuvenated for $270. Might get a few gauges then that's it..... For now.....

I didn't realise 19's even fit properly on the older models, or even the new ones for that matter?

Most people use 19 with lower profile tyres for looks, but without bbk, its a bit weird imo.

Both cusco and endless demo cars use 19s to clear bbk. And best motoring international have a vedio on 18 vs 19 on 350z. 19s is 0.3 s quicker on a 1'07 lap. Interesting result.
