Talking Hello all, another noobie

Hi all, just joined up with the forum as Ive bought a 98 wrx, fly home on Friday to pick it up and first job is a new clutch and slave cylinder over the easter long weekend (hopefully). It has high kms but has been owned by mechanics since new, and was a highway car.
I hope to learn a thing or two on this forum from like minded people.

Welcome. Throw some pics up once you've picked it up. Usually good to pick up a blank canvas. With a bit of luck it's been well looked after.

Its been owned by a mechanic for the last 8 years, and he'd bought it off an old bloke from out in the country who had done a fair few ks, but had kept the full service history and receipts for all the preventative maintenance on it, the clutch went a few months back and the mechanic that owned it hasn't had the time to pull the box (due to FIFO and 3 young kids)
