Just a fellow Subaru lover here. Canberra / and surrounding regions had a forum called RexNet, was full of "experts" but I think they have shut down now, no loss.

Anyway I'm Aaron I have a 2010 STi Spec R hatch, with a few mods! Just want to say hello and I look forward to reading build threads and learning a thing or two.

I'm a member of the NSW WRX club, which is CAMS affiliated. I haven't done any track work yet - Worried I am going to do the ringlands Eventually I am getting a shortblock done. I've done a few motorkhana's. Great way to get sideways without tearing rubber!

Welcome. The forum is fairly quiet these days which is unfortunate but is a fantastic source of information for those who are able to navigate a search function

Nah, just the kiddies and the excessive crap talk has moved to Facebook. Not such a bad thing as it leaves the more serious stuff to forums.

Oh yeah, I will have to agree. I can't stand the experts on FB who try to either shame you by making them selves sound amazing, or will provide you with their opinion on your car!

We all have different tastes, and I like to share my build with others, and ideas and hopefully get some useful feedback from someone who has done something similar to my car.

None the less, I look forward to reading peoples thoughts on my build when I can get one written up, I might just copy it from the NSW WRX forum haha.
