Default V5 Link ECU - Wideband O2 sensor

Hey guys and gals.

I’m looking to purchase a wideband O2 sensor for tuning my 99 WRX.
I have a Link V5 possumlink ECU.

My question is can I run the output of the wideband sensor through the ECU?
And do I have to keep the narrowband that is currently installed?

I wish to purchase just the O2 sensor, and not an aftermarket gauge.

Cheers, Steven

Have you read the Link Handbook?
http://www.linkecu.com/support/dland...oads/Downloads

Pretty sure it can accept a Lambda input from a wideband 02.

you need a module to drive the sensor,

motec PLM or equivelent to provide a 0-5v output.

yeah, got the handbook, thanks for the link though.
it mentions widebands, but doesnt give much info on it.

So the module interperates the output from the oxygen sensor and gives a linear 0-5V output?

so can i remove the narrowband O2 sensor?

Cheers, Steven.

it will give a 0-5v output, but it wont be 'linear', read up on some forums, maybe efi101.com or such,
