Wow i only ever enter the regular skidpan days....what do i need to get involved in this kind of stuff?

Do you need like a CAMS license and tow hook and extinguisher and all that?

Also how do you remember where to go? That first vid is like 2 min of non stop caining...

Also do you have to be fairly experienced to enter these?

You dont have to be experienced to.do it. But im guessing its strongly encouraged that you have some form of performance level driver training (eg rac, mc motorsport day,no limits)

As for remembering where go. Look at the map, watch others, have a go, if your not to sure. Come back in, watch, try again.

Very stoked to shave 7 seconds off my time with my last go. Have video of it but it ran out of memory 3/4 way through. Spewin!

The scariest part of the day was the dude in the gtr that had ZERO sense of direction! He went the wrong way on every go! Nearly had a head on with an evo at 100+km/h on his first lap. Narrowly avoided by didching into the dirt!

BTW you need a CAMS licence for this stuff. Also extinguisher etc.

Thanks Steve, car didn't want to play ball unfortunately, handling was great but new clutch and couldn't select gears at high rpm ? all part of the game so will fix clutch and try and catch Paul and Jamie.

Must try this some time.
By the way, the Suzuki hatch actually has a Honda Blackbird engine in the back.

Just beat you mate. Unfortunetly I had to go into work in the arvo and couldn't hang around and watch.
I might have to get serious and do the arvo session though (and find an engine with more than 120hp!)
