Man i wish i had Franz as an instructor....

Here are some choice comments from the instructors i did have:

*Gets in car*
"Hi remember me?"
"Yes"
"Remember my crap driving?"
"Yes"

*Down the main straight downshift from 5th to 3rd, jerky as hell*
Instructor: "oh yuk".

After that i burst out laughing lol

He did do a 65 long track though (not last night), you can imagine a Franz/Steve Jones et all would probably shave another second off.

The car seemed so much quicker at the Time Attack (drift championship or whatever) series last year. I can remember being like WOW when watching it, but not so much last night. my favourite car last night was a Purple R33, damn that thing sounded nice. Not too loud, just nice.

The purple one with the T51R? Yes, sounded mint.

I love Gavs black 32R - internally gated twins, so just sounds fairly mild.. 670 @ all 4

ok - so I spent a night in the freezing cold trying to figure out the best spots to use in the fantastically lit "insert sarcastic rant here" black hole that was barbs. After fighting with my cameras for a good couple of hours...and talking shit with people I headed up the top of the short circuit....

I feel for the spectators...could they see anything...??

I'll get a gallery together there is heaps more...i am suffering from a track night hangover this morning through lack of sleep and fighting with my brant system and a dead battery...
