I dont know if you saw the press conference but totally unsolicited Tony Quinn was saying how dangerous it is and he thinks all cars should have a 200 kph limiter in them. I think this is a great idea. We had an ok day today. We decided we wanted to be running about 20th at the end of the day without taking any risks and we are sitting 22nd at the moment. Took zero risks but the car for some reason does not seem to be boosting and the car feels super slow. We bought a boost gauge so we will put it in a few places tomorrow and see what happens. Jim Richards got a stone through a radiator but managed to limp home and will be right to go again in the morning. Bernie Webb and Matt Rickards (we were expecting them in the top 10) got beached as on the first stage and are effetively out of the running. Stewie had a nut come off the rear driveshaft somehow and somehow it managed to get out a bit and destroy a wheel bearing. They have missed the afternoon stages but will be fine to restart in the morning. Brendon

Good day today, easy stuff in the morning and good weather.
Had good stages for most of the afternoon with the last 2 being wet. Early days but reasonably happy for leg 1. Tomorrow will be a fun day with the entire leg being run backwards from previous years so no one will have a perceived advantage by knowing the course. As far as the Lamborghini goes well the "Car" is miles ahead of anything else and in most competitors eyes is the definition of cheque book racing. Nothing against the whites they are genuinely good guys, but the car is way faster in every aspect compared to anything else.
