I agree with the grass roots thing we need some where to go and that not only for wrx's but for all people that have performance cars.

As I understand it, the whole RAC Driving Centre will be mothballed with most people who work there (as their only job) getting made redundant which is really sad. MC Motorsport is owned by the RAC Driving Centre so won't be starting up elsewhere as it is not an independent entity. I will urge the WRX Club WA to write to the RAC expressing disappointment and concern and I'm hoping they will contact other car clubs to do the same.....though I doubt it will change anything.

Closed in its current form I believe. Jeff Ash is working to try and re-open it but we have to wait and see.

Thats some good news. If there is anything we can do as car enthusiasts / ex patrons of the venue, im happy to help. Maybe like a petition to show support amongst the community for the venue to operate etc?
