The organising committee regrets to inform members they have decided to cancel the Collie Motorplex Weekend that was planned to be held on 8-9th April 2017.

Although there was a wish to continue with the Collie Motorplex Round this year and make it part of a CMSC, we report there is a combination of insufficient members and officials committed to participate in and manage the event. There, on this basis, it is simply not possible to run the event.

All persons who paid the track fees will receive a full refund.

Please remember to cancel any accommodation you may have booked.

Following the next Committee Meeting and General Meeting and appropriate decision with members, the committee will decide the best way forward to run CMSC in the future.

That's a shame, looking forward to the next event.

Loss of compression in #2 cylinder, still early days as to full extent of damage or cause. Its a race built engine at the end of the day and to be expected when used for motorsport events.
