I'm pretty certain that any OBDII to USB cable will work.
I found one on deal extreme but it was OBD (as opposed to OBDII). It looked to have the same number of pin layout but i'm not sure if the wiring / protocol is different.

I wonder if the OBDII to Mini USB cable that comes with the EcuDataScan would work? Would just need a Mini USB to USB Converter...

that looks fairly good. $35 isnt bad.

Yeah it's pretty cheap! The shipping is a bit excessive but that's probably part of the pricing strategy.
See if you can find a cheaper one somewhere - OBDII is an industry standard so they should all work.

You'll be like Paul Walker in fast and the furious with your laptop on the seat "danger to manifold"

Looks the same as the other one, just cheaper! Good work.

It shouldn't clear your ECU, it might wind in a couple more pounds of boost though
