You'd be concerned about drivability aswell right?

Justification follows:
  • Any ratio available by order
  • They are quiet
  • Strong enough for your application
  • within your budget

I have a PPG 1-4 helical synchro set. Exactly like the stock box in regards to drivability. No problems yet after quite a few 7000 rpm clutch dumps at the drags. They only make a slight whining noise - much quieter than straight cut.

If I had the choice again I would go for the 6 speed conversion though. There are really no negatives with the 6 speed where as gearbox noise is definately a negative when it comes time to sell the car. 6 speeds are cheaper now and I got box done just before people started selling them cheaper :/.
