Bolts missing is par for the course if you ask me.

I've lost count how many nuts and bolts I've had to refit and replace over the years, because various workshops have forgotten to put them back in.

thats why i'm a big fan of DIY unless it comes to cracking the engine or the gearbox, then i leave it for the experts ..... like when you can't just lose a bolt & think "she'll be right"

Does he own the one next to bob janes at joondalup? (pretty sure its ultra tune) The owner has a mad as 05 sti with coilies, exhaust and heaps of shit done to it, I used to work at Bob Janes when the 05 came out and there was always wrxs in his workshop and they would come to us for semi slicks.

+1 I know a guy that runs an ultra tune and up front no bull shit and wont do anything that isnt needed.

I know I'm dredging up an old thread but I wanted to to give 2 big thumbs up for RMS. I know most of you know how awesome Leigh and the boys are but for those that are yet to see the light I wanna open the blinds a lil.

The guys did my rebuild a few months back and I gotta say that dealing with them has been the single most pleasent mechanic experience of my life. There is no bullshit and the guys are genuine and honest mechs. As a chick I have in the past had to put up with a lot of "listen here girly" type mechanics that figure either nothing is worth explaining to me coz I'm just a lil girly and wouldnt understand or they try and wank me around coz yes i'm a girl and wont know. Not these guys! They tell me whats going on without making me feel like they think I'm an idiot and if I dont know what they are on about they explain it! What more could I ask for?

The after rebuild service is great! There have been a couple of hiccups after not so much with any of the work they did just finding other annoying problems and the guys have no drama going out of their way a bit to accomodate me, squeezing me in when I am in perth for other things so I dont have to make a special trip up from Buno just to get stuff done. Leigh even came out on a weekend to sort out my power steering motor drama coz he knew I needed the car!

So yeh I just wanted to give credit where its due. Thanks a heap guys for everything, I hope you like working on my baby coz ur stuck with me as a customer!
