Never mind.
I remember when this place was a compendium of knowledge, subaru enthusiasts from all walks of life happy to share advice and experience.

Now we just have people who post for the sake of posting. Didnt your parents ever tell you if you dont have anything worth saying, dont say anything at all.

vibration in brakes would mean a warped disc i would have thort... which also could be attributing to your bearing problems.

Take it to any Subaru Workshop. MMS, RMS, ASG, the WOK... either way...

err yeah...

Take it to any workshop where you want to get the work done.

As for costs, how long is a piece of string. All depends on what is actually wrong with the car, not the effects you are feeling.

what's labour going for these days, about $80-$90per hour? so how ever many hours it takes to diagnose and fix the problem is how much itll cost!

I'm not sure what ppl said to "tick" you off

One of your questions asked where would a good place be to take the car to for a professional check/repair
they pointed out the workshop thread

second question you asked the cost.
Since not many ppl here are mechanics and workshops tend not to say much in the discussion thread (due to bias, etc), most ppl can't give an accurate picture of cost. Plus, its kinda silly for us to say, "yeah mate, jimbo got his car sorted out for a couple of slabs. turned out that he needed a new radiator, but we just went to the local kmart car park and just pulled one out from the same car and put into mind,"
plus, sometimes its better to ffind and fix the cause than just the problem. so that could add more $.

3rdly, one suggest a possible cause. i don't see what the issue is here

chill out. ppl here are trying to help you. chucking a stinky won't win you friends or any more useful advise.

p.s warp brakes - replace it. $400 (pair/install), radiator (not sure, better to replace the core, $500). bearings could be costly.

See, now even if this is slightly out, its a ball park figure that means a great deal to the un-educated like myself.

My offence was simple. Think before you type. If you dont have an answer that could help the person asking advice in any way, dont say anything! Been with PWRX since i bought my car almost 3 years ago and the guys have been no end of help to me. ALWAYS good advice!

Pisses me off to have a state the obvious competition after a genuine enquiry.
