Default springs for the 06-07 sti

I was wondering what springs you guys recommend for the 06 - 07 sti, and where to go. I want something that will lower the ride height to give it better handling and looks.

sti pinks, or coil overs for twice the price
besides the lowering, i dont think handling is going to be any better for any of the cheapies like whiteline/kings
