Default installing coil-overs, need fast help!

hey all,

just quickly can anyone point me in the right direction for installing coil-overs in a MY99/00 since i want to be able to do it my self on saturday! Im on a very tight budget and want to learn! Iv been searching these forums and google but havent had any luck yet, will keep trying thou

check rexnet for a DIY, but it's not something the uneducated should probably try, can go very wrong and be costly in not installed properly...

yeh i have a fairly good idea on how to do them cause iv done springs before but im just a bit concerncd with setting them up to the proper setting! Ill fuck around with em but if anyone is a gun with em, would really appreciate if you could help me! Even come round and give us a hand, ill put the piss on

i only got em today so im hell keen, im scattering the net now for instructions but nothins usefull is showing

yea opening the nuts will be a head ache but yea shouldnt be that hard to fit once is out..
And isnt a pro meent to do the setting on the ride hight and such..??

Peace of piss to change, it will be hard to get them all to sit at the same height all 4 side, i will put my hand up for lendding a hand to fit them with you

install the coilovers and let the wheel and suspension place sort the dampness! recommend wilkonsons suspension

Yeh easy to fit but fine tuning them is going to test me! I dont want to take it into the shop unless i definatly cant get them working ok!, because im on a very tight budget and i also like learning for my self! I found some instructions and apprently you have to turn the adjustment scale above the cylinder to the full firm setting position (clockwise) then 6 FULL backward turns to reach standard damping setting! Whats about height??? its got me farked, like some ppl said it will be easy and fairly straight forward! If your keen to travel to midland to help me, that would be awsome! as i said ill put the drinks on!!!! Would love to get into it early saturday morning!!!
