The metal thing. Is that somethign that goes above the sump? I got my kit from Japanparts and i have a sump a dipstick a pickup a sender and lots of bolts in bags... but not this big silver item.

Looks like a baffle and an oil pick-up.

I thought that as well joe but with the two rubber bits at the top etc and that many different shapes I think it would have trouble making a good seal.

Is it a sump guard maybe?

I think its a baffle that somehow goes above the sump before u bolt the sump on.

DAMN... I had a feeling i was missing one part.
