I wouldn't run an FMIC on the TD04 .. Maybe with SUPER short piping. You'd want a turbo which throws out more CFM i think.

Which means ..

+ Fuel Pump
+ Injectors
+ Dyno Time

= ++ $$$

While we are on the subject of fuel pumps, I was thinking of getting a Walbro one from ASG. AntonRX got one for $200. Is this expensive for a Walbro? if you recon Bosch ones are less than $200. I don't need a monster. Just enough to support around 300bhp at the flywheel...

Walbro is straight plug and play. No other mods necessary to make it work. Its what im running ATM.

That ebay link is the same exact one I got from that seller. Good seller and good price.

Indeed.

255L/ph 500horsies .. plenty good enough, specially if you're still running standard injectors - More of a safety thing for most people i reckon.

Didn't someone say, regardless of the power of your fuel pump, the fuel regulator will always keep the same pressure/flow of fuel.

It's only when you injectors/idc's require more that the regulator will flow when it becomes an issue .. Then what do you need to do, change the regulator also?

The turbo will be the last mod in my upgrade. I will keep the TD04 at max boost for a few more months till i know excatly which turbo i want to upgrade too.

This is why i am bolting on a FMIC for future turbo upgrade!
