That guy is oversteer and yes the FMIC kits are one of the best ive seen. His actual name is Justin. The kits uses small diameter piping and runs the IC upside down combined with a rotated compressor housing. The only thing is I dont know if you can rotate the compressor housing on a td04. You can do it though on almost any VF turbo.
I had his phone number somewhere but I guess you'll need to sign up to RSLC and PM him. Otherwise Sam (xeon) will more than likely have his number.
