to suit your typical 5 speed...

ive done one already, replaced it with some custom spec plate from an unamed place... its starting to struggle after like 700km... awesome!!

nooooooooooot /end borat

anyhow,

what to use, who from, how much.

needs to handle around 260 hp @ all 4, and not be harsh on the box.. thats my job!

You must trash the guts out of your car if your clutch is slipping already after just 700km.

Exedy fjk7123. Thats the replacement kit for the Subaru Turbo 5MT. Its not the HD model so it wont be harsh on your driveline but still has more clamping pressure than the stock pressure plate. The kit includes a new pressure plate, clutch disc and thrust bearing.

It should handle 260HP ATW fine. but if you want to go HD there is a FJK7123HD Kit. Same clutch plate but higher rated pressure plate.

If it is a 5 speed just get a 6 speed flywheel and STI clutch and then modify the 5 speed casing slightly to fit it. This is the best setup for holding power whilst not breaking the 5 speed.

If its a 6 speed then just go to autoclutch anyway and get a heavy duty organic.
