POLAR TO THE RESCUE. Download the LINK ECU manuals. They contain full wiring diagram of the GC8. I have emailed this to Tuna he can distribute it to anyone else who needs it.

Sure does... from the dash right to the ECU

I have used it to wire my shift light in and it worked perfectly.

Just took ages to finally find the wire that was on the diagram hehe.

Nice work simon.

Stace, you can still have a copy of the manual if you want it (I have a dvd with all the service manuals on it) but as I say, the V5/6 manual is the US spec one, so I guess it's not really relevant to the WRX.

Also, I did get the email thanks Ludwig, not sure whats going on there.

Spell check kicks me in the ass too! A note to everyone, whilst it is spelled correctly, make sure it is the right word first!

This seems to be the best place to ask this question. My car is a 96 GX impreza hatch. I have fitted the full running gear and loom from a 98 WRX sedan to my car. Anyone have a wiring diagram so I can wire up my rear wiper? Any tips? I have the wiper stalk from a 98 WRX in it just not sure if I need to find the pin from the stalk and run to the motor, or if I need relays etc. Do I need to run power to the stalk or is that provided from the front wiper power?

ADM 98 WRX sedans did not have a rear windscreen wiper.

I would have thought that the stalk did not have the rear one. However your hatch one would and should be the same looking.

No doubt could be done but certainly not plug and play.
