Agreed, even my re001s were $80 cheaper than anywhere else in perth - including chaotic off antilag.

Maybe not quite so cheap anymore since Kerry may be saving up to buy a (red) EVO

Epic thread bump.

Keep it relevant. Post if you have bought new r-comps recently. Sizes/which ones/where/how much.

Cheers y'all...

Brent.

Toyo r888's off antilag for 200bucks for all 4 tyres.

One was too shagged so when getting them fitted at wheels world john replaced one of them and installed camber adjustment bolts, gave me a balance and alignment all for $350.

And the camber + the r888's couldn't fault their grip one single bit, still heaps of tread left too.

Just go up to mms Brent and check out the massive pile of Direzzas DZ03G's they have, some are still really good and others will be good enough for a few track/skidpan days.

Prices vary to the condition of the tyres but there are massive sayings to be had.

Otherwise buy some Toyo R888's new for mid $1k or new Falken RT615's for under $1k as both are good tyres for the money.

As per the 2007 thread Kerry Wade @ Bridgestone is still the man to see.

+1

Especially if you are planning on doing the twighlight rally sprints that you have mentioned where you need grip straight up.

They are perfect for the 3 or 4 hot laps of barbs / collie also
