Okay. Currently I have a Walbro fuel pump in the my V5 Sti RA. I have massive surging issues on the track etc so I want to buy the STI one with the small collection tank. Apart from anything else this will mean I can run 30ltrs less fuel.

My question is does anyone know if there are any differences in the fuel pump itself to the original oe one. I.e. if it is a standard pump I will take it out and put in my existing walbro one.

When I spoke to RT some time ago about putting in a proper surge tank and a bosch pump they said they would have to tweak the tune. Hence the reason why I am asking about this pump.
