Adjustable coilovers are a good start to lowering modifications for a reason. Does the plastic wheel arch lining not help hold the frontbar on?

yeah i think it has a bit to do with holding the front bar on, i went to take mine off and there all 2 yellow sensor (1 on each side) looking thingys with yellow wiring loom so im guessin these are the airbag sensors, which indeed need all the protection they can get? am i right?

Has anyone had the rears rolled? and for what price?

Rolling can be cheap and expensive, you just need to make sure you find someone who knows what they are doing or they will crack the paint, i has mine done when i got my silvia re sprayed, but i have taken the guard liners out of my wrx and the rubbing has stopped, my wiring was pretty neat underneith so its all good, but i only took then out because i put a c west kit on
