noob questions
take it easy on the answers but does on 04 wrx hav a standard boost controller?

no no, sorry i'll refrase the question.
i meant, can the boost be regulated when the car is being tuned. Or would i need something like a profec b. and by that i don't meant can i play with it after the tune, just will i be able to run more boost for the tune???

Yes, When you get a reflash tune on the OEM ECU, you can alter the boost level.
