Default Retune

hey everyone.

finally had the Ej207 fitted into the car (took a month) :P but i was wondering should i get it retuned at the same time?

I will be running the same mods as i have know and the same boost, but i was thinking does the 207 have a higher compression ratio to the 205? does that matter at all? or will everything be fine?

thanks for the help

Tim

Personally running in an engine you want to make sure your A/F ratios are correct. You computer would most likley be tuned for an already run in engine id assume, but am not 100% sure if the tune differs for run in and already run in.

Fantastic that you got it all sorted mate.

As for the retune: 100% get it done. Every engine is different. Get it returned without question.

Probably be a good idea to get a run in tune, then after then go for broke. 207 is much stronger than the 205, so smash some more boost in
