Exhaust needs to be under the loudness reading and have cats etc.

BOV needs to be plumbed back as it is too noisy and you are only allowed to release gas from your exhaust (both with cars and with humans )

Unless the BOV is vented behind 300mm behind the doorline or whatever the ruling is for "emission release" points

Cheers guys you have seemed to have covered the lot.

Cats fitted so no worries there.
I think noise level may be ok[ have the rear insert tube that really makes things quiet ]
But i,ll have to revert back to the plumb back system for the exercise of going over the pits.

you dont need to change your bov, just kink the pressure line going into the top of it.
