Default loss of power

Hey guys just wondering if any one has had the same problem. well here goes...

Ive only had it do it to me in 3rd gear, driving along and out of know were i loose power no accelerator. engine is still running lights and everything working, i was pump the pedal and every so often it would accelerate. I saw the engine light flash a few times so i'm hoping it will store a code. Has anyone had this problem much help would be greatly appreciated seeing it is a everyday car! thanks

Read your codes. They will reveal all.

Do it yourself, or take it to your workshop of choice.

If you dip the clutch that will cut the power, Thats not the pedal your pumping is it?? Is that what your doing in 3rd? Cause that will cause the problem you describe.

Keep the clutch out and hit the accelerator should solve it.

"No throttle" sounds like limp-home mode to me.

Do you still have the original up-pipe installed?

Do you still have the stock EGT probe fitted into the aftermarket up-pipe?
