Engine number location
Hi all,
I have an 02 wrx engine in my kit car and am looking for the engine number from underneath the car. can anyone direct me on where to find it??? cheers |

Yup, get on top of your car for a start then look to the right of your throttle body near the gearbag housing above the starter motor.

hahaha cheers mate...there comes the issue...the top is not accessable i can only look at the engine from the bottom....
any chance if i take out the starter motor from the bottom that i will be able to see the number from a bottom-up view?? cheers |

You may be able to get a mirror up there if you get the starter motor out the way??????

remote oil filter and lines.....no top access = trouble |
