that is correct about the td05 and vf34 and yes 100% you really do need a front mount

also even better put an oil cooler under were scoop is when you get front mount

anyone know where you can get vf34's cheap?
also a little off topic, for anyone who has removed their spoiler, where did you get the plugs/grommets to fill in the bolt holes

paid 1800 for my vf34 awsome turbo very little lag very happy with it and apparntly good for 20psi. running a link ecu for it but apparntly get it verso its better.

I waited around and paid $900 for a vf34 that was second hand. had travelled 400kms from what i was told, looked brand new and my mechanic at the time said she was spotless.

hi guys, just read through this thread. im trying to decide to get either get a vf34 or a td05, there is a pretty big price difference, im wondering why , if they pull out similar hp figures? did i miss something?

TD05 will have more overall hp with a similar mid range. It all depends on which trim the TD05 comes in, you can get TD05-16g, TD05-18g, TD05-20g and I think you can even get a TD05-25g (lag monster on a 2L).
