i've got a 6spd so it's not comparible.
For you - 4500rpm - slip the clutch a little bit & go. Any more & your gearbox will probably let go at some stage. It's cheaper replacing a clutch than GB, so you're better off wasting a clutch or 2. |

i found 5000 on the 6 speed was way too low and it bogged more often than not at the strip, on the street 5000 rpm launch control worked pretty well though, there is a very fine line between bogging totally, frying tyres and frying clutches
