Would like some opinions please. I was quoted $500 supply and fitted for a pair of DBA4000S, is that consider good value or standard price for MY01 WRX?

could be worth checking out the price of rda slotted rotors too.
they are of comparable quality to dba and usually a fair bit cheaper.
