Buckled wheel - can they be repaired?
I have a mag wheel off my other car which is apparently buckled and therefore cannot be balanced properly.
From the looks of it you would not know that it is out of round but according to the tyre shop it is. My question is whether buckled rims can be repaired or am I better off getting another wheel altogether. Thanks

Yes some can if not to bad. There is a place in Gibbs St East Cannington next to the lunch bar opposite Cannington train station. He does wheel repairs and does most of the wheels that tyre shops get repaired. I can get the name of it later today if you want.

I recon it would be less of a hassle if u just bought another wheel, if you can find one. One of my Momo wheels I had on my old Mazda was buckled (by previous owner) it was going to cost a fortune to get it 'back into round'
